These terms of sale apply to all purchases made through the Kittova website.

1. Products
All Kittova products are custom-printed on demand. Each item is produced individually following order confirmation.

2. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency of your region at checkout. Kittova reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and any other options provided by our payment processor. All transactions are secured and processed by Shopify Payments.

4. Order Confirmation
An order is deemed confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout.

5. Cancellation
Due to the on-demand nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, production may have already begun and no cancellation can be guaranteed.

6. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. As all products are made to order, Kittova does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you fully acknowledge and accept this policy.

7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Kittova is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities, and such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation.

8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
