All Kittova products are printed on demand. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- International: 14–21 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Prices are displayed in the currency of your region at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@kittova.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Please note that lost or delayed packages do not qualify for a refund, as all sales are final.
